¼ cup milk (add more to get right consistency if need be) 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese – softened ½ cup butter – softened 1 cup sour cream ½ teaspoon salt (you can add more if need be) ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder (if using garlic salt omit other salt) paprika
Peel, dice and cook potatoes in heavily salted water until
tender but not falling apart. Drain well and place in bowl of mixer. Add milk, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Beat until incorporated but do not over beat.
Grease casserole dish large enough to hold all of potatoes.
Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until the center is hot.
