What Spot Do I Have on my Forehead?

The spot is either red or blue. There are four possible configurations:
Three people have spots no one knows initially the color of their spot.. If anyone of
the three individuals sees at least one red spot, they raise an arm.

Configuration 1

All have blue spots. No arms are raised. Every one knows they have a blue spot.

Configuration 2

There are two blue spots and one red spot. The red spot person sees two blue spots
and two raised arms. Consequently, the red spot person knew his spot is red.
Both blue spot people know they have blue spots because the red spot person did
not raise an arm.

Configuration 3

There is one blue spot and two red spots. Both of the red spot people see one blue
spot and one red spot. Since both red spot people raise an arm, each red spot person
knows they bare a red spot on their forehead. The blue spot person knows the spot
on his head is blue since both red spot people knows they have a red spot on their
forehead.

Configuration 4

All forehead spots are red. All arms are raised.
