From A Buick 8 Ballad
It was in the time of the Seventies,When all was going well,Then something came from under a brandname,Something from the corners of hell.Out on the intersection,Where a gas station lay,The horror glided in and sat,By the hi-test bay.Its driver left to the loo,The mech filled it up to the top,Waited for more than half an hour,Before the penny dropped.Police took it back to the station,Where they kept inside a shed,However, the awfulness began to stir,Something the troopers now dread. It started to fizz and crackle,Blasting light into the sky,Shooting bolts in every direction,The end appeared to be nigh.Suddenly it subsided,With the sight of the troopers impaired,They approached the shed with care andfinesse,But were truly unprepared.Inside the shed it sat,Hanging on the wall,A dark and gruesome creature with scales,It made the Trooper
s skins crawl.Motionless and dead,They took it down to inspect,But to their horror and to their sinuses,It began to hiss and dissect. They disposed of its remains,But it was not over yet,Over the course of its stay at the station,The car was impossible to forget.
