If there is a situation or something to report, message your Galaxy Officer.

Each Galaxy Senior Officer

(GSO) may have a different policy on how they receive messages. Some may have an appointed Galaxy
Junior Officer (GJO) to handle reports. Some may want to handle messages directly. It is your
responsibility to know how your galaxy is managed.

If the situation cannot be handled at the GSO level, it will be sent up the chain of command as shown
above.
The following is what classifies as important enough to contact a GSO about:

1. Coordinated Group Attacks or Strikes: this is DEFINITELY something to involve your GSO in. DO
NOT post these details on the Sector Alliance Thread!! There is an immense threat of espionage
that can mean the failure of even the best planned and coordinated mission. ALL group attacks
and strikes MUST be coordinated through private message!
2. Major Attack against You: your GSO should know if you’ve been destroyed and will figure out
how to bring the sector together to help you.
3. Outcomes of Attacks/Strikes: The GSO should definitely know about the successes of
strikes/attacks. This should be sent up to the War Officer by the GSO.

What NOT to post/send:

1. Debris fields: send this information specifically to those around you via private message.
2. Stronghold locations: once again, send to those around you.
3. Espionage Reports: Unless this is DIRECTLY related to a group attack/strike, DO NOT post these.
They just clutter the threads/message inbox and are irrelevant for the most part.
4. Very Detailed Attack Reports: these also clutter the thread/message inboxes and are irrelevant.
We just need final details (resources gained/lost, ships destroyed, location of attacker and
defender and names).
