 1 1/2 tsp saltdono daalo ko 1 hr tak pani mei bhego karrakhna hai n then 20 min tak dono ko ek saath cook karna hai.daalo mei add namak also.1 pao tomato1 large finely chopped ki hoi pyaaz1/2 tsp haldi1 tsp pisa garam masala2 tsp lal mirch pwder1tsp chinese salt10 kari pattalehsan adrak paste 1 TBSP1/2 cup oildaalo ko fully cooked karlena hai(jo oper mentionkia hai)phir ek alag pan mein pehle pyaaz ko fry karlenahai jub brown hojae tou add choppedtomatoes,thora sa bhoon k add 1/2 tsp salt,lalmirch,haldi,lehsan adrakpaste aur thora sa paniadd kark cook karenge itna k tomatoes ka pasteban jae.phir add hara dhaniya aur hari micrh aurphir is mei boiled daal add kardenge saath hi pisagaram masala,chinese salt aur kari patta.phir mixkark 3-4 min cook karein.daal tayyar..!!

rice boiled nahi liye therice ko pehle 30 min tak soak kark rakhnahai pani mein.phir sawa cup oil mein white zeera dal k hulka sa fry karna hai jub fry hjae touchawal add karna hai + 1 tsp salt + 1 glasswater cover kark taiz flame par pakana hai. jub chawal hojain tou hole kark centre meinsara masala chicken k saath dal dena hai aurhara dhaniya,pudina n hari mirch dal kardum par 8-10 min tak rakhna hai.--------------

Salaamz all...I managed to catch 2days episode. Here isanother version of the Pizza Paratha. in caseyou are wondering R.C.T. = Rahat's ChickenTikka....
R.C.T. Pizza Paratha
 Dough:Flour 500g2tbsp baking powderSalt 3/4 tspSugar 1-2 tsp2tbsp oilMix and make a soft dough with waterLeave for 1/2 hr covered with wet cloth in alarge bowl so it can expandFilling:2 Chicken tikka (which she bought) finelychopped1 Finely chopped onion1 Green pepper finely chopped (or 1/4 cup)Crushed chillies2-3 tbsp Tomato sauce as required (samesauce as she made for pizza)Salt1tsp Mixed italian herbsMozzarella grated.Method:Mix all the ingredients for the filling together.You can adjust salt and chillies to your taste.Flatten a pera (ball of dough) slightly and put thefilling on it (generous amount). Place anotherflattened pera on top Of it. Roll it out into a largeparatha shape and place on hot tawa. When it isbrown on both sides add a little oil To the tawaand fry it off. Remove and cut into 8 to serve.
Russian salad
 1 Carrot diced2 Potato diced1 cup Peas dicedMayonnaise as required2-3Tsp fresh creamSalt1 tsp Icing sugar (or normal sugar)1 pinch White pepperBlack pepper2 pinch Mustard powderKishmishAll vegetables should be in equal quantities. Boiltill done and plunge into cold water and thenstrain. Mix mayonnaise and cream.Place in a bowl and add black pepper, kishmish,salt and remaining ingredients. Add themayonnaise mixture, and mix well. Serve on abed of lettuce. Sprinkle with a touch of crushedchilles and a few drops of chillie sauce.Hope its simple to understand.

Till walay naan:
white atta 1/2 kg1/2 cup ghee1/2 cup tillsoda 1/3teaspsalt as requiredsugar 2tabsp[optional hai rida nay nahe dali thibut she said agar dalo thensalt kam hi dalna]in sab ko pani say ghoondh lo normal attay kitarha r 2 hours chor do then pera bana k kuch dairchor do then bail k usmai folk say holes karo tillsprinkel karo r pan greeze kar k 10misn bakekarlo_______________________
