VON CANADA Restructuring

Program Overview
On November 25, 2015, VON Canada announced a significant restructuring of its operations. As a result, programs will
close or wind down in six provinces across Canada. Provided below is an overview of anticipated program and service
impacts by province. Please note, program participation can vary greatly by province on a daily basis depending on client
need and the nature of the program. This information is for illustrative purposes only.
