Abstract
Likewise Open joins Linux, Unix, and Mac OS X computers to MicrosoftActive Directory so that you can centrally manage all your computers,authenticate users, and authorize access to resources. This guidedescribes how to install and administer Likewise Open, an open sourceversion of Likewise that includes the Likewise Agent. The guide coversinstalling the agent, joining an Active Directory domain, and troubleshootingthe agent.Likewise Open is free to download and use according to the terms of theGNU General Public License.
