I will be making my project on comparing two very popular consoleswhich are the
Xbox 360
and the
Playstation 3
. These are sold worldwide bytheir manufactures.The
Xbox 360
was made by Microsoft; this is the second consoleMicrosoft has made as there was one before it just called Xbox. There arenow rumours going around that Microsoft are now in the middle of making anew console again called the Xbox 720.The
Playstation 3
was made by Sony; this is the third console as beforeit there was the Playstation and the Playstation 2. There is also a rumour withSony that they are now in the middle of making a Playstation 4.In this project I will:-

Compare the Specifications of the consoles.
The popularity of the

The world sales to see which one people bought the most.
Game storage, to see which game console will hold the most games.The information will be coming from the Internet. This is because thereis more information on the Internet than from books and magazines for the

The range of the both consoles is quite high considering they are aroundthe £100 border. There could be many reasons for this, such as:-
The stores could be in competition with each over.
With On-line you would get more of a similar price range than youwould not shopping on-line.These days when buying anything from anywhere you would always findthere would be a price difference from buying the console in the actual shop,to buying it on the Internet. On-line shopping with consoles or really anythinglets you save a certain amount of money or get extra clubcard points etc, ifyou by on-line than in store.When checking work I rounded the money up to the nearest pound. Thisis because it was easier to find calculations than finding them if going to thenearest penny.With the pricing the
Xbox 360 arcade
is known to be the cheapestConsole compared to the
Playstation 3 120GB
. Reasons why the

 The most superior console is the
Playstation 3.
The reason why themost superior console is because it has more accessories built in such as:
It has more memory compared to the
Xbox 360
.
It has Bluetooth built in.
It also has WIFI built in. So this means if you have a wireless routerthen you wouldn’t have to wire it up to go on the Internet or on-linegaming.The
Xbox 360
can also go wireless, but it isn’t built in. For the
Xbox360
you have to buy a wireless adapter to connect to the actual Internet or toplay on-line gaming.The
Xbox 360
can also get more memory and an also a more powerfulhard drive, but again you have to buy these parts of the
Xbox 360
.

.From the information I have got and also from what the graph shows,there is a 21.6% difference in use of the
Xbox 360

Playstation 3
.This shows that the
Xbox 360
has more of a popularity of the
Playstation 3
.
