1. Less experienced employees than other competitors

According to people who have been performing as internees in Warid Telecom claim
that the work load is greater than the salary offered to the employees. As a result,
employees find it easier to switch to other jobs and so the turn over rate is high. Due
to this, warid has less experienced employees as compared to other
telecommunication services in Pakistan.
