With reference to your application and subsequent interviews you had with us, we have pleasure in offering you employment with us from 01/01/2010 on the following termsand conditions.

DESIGNATION
You will be designated as
Marketing Executive. 2.
 
PLACE OF POSTING
You will be posted our Delhi Branch. However, during our employment withthe company, you may be posted/ transferred to any offices / ProjectDivision/ Department/ Unit in India or abroad of the Company or in anyother establishment owned or managed by any of our group companiesdepending upon the exigencies of work.

SALLARY AND ALLOWANCES
You will be paid a gross total salary of Rs.15, 000
/-
per month & only for three month as per the following break-up. Basic 9,000.00Transportation allowance 1,500.00H.R.A. 4,500.00Gross total 15,000.00Additional Incentive 500.00 per Machine Sale

PROBATION CONFIRMATION
You will initially be on probation for a period of Three months, which may be extended or reduced at the sole discretion of the management dependingon your performance. During the period of probation, the appointment isterminable by either party by giving 15 days notice. On completion of your initial probation period, if you performance is fond satisfactory you shall beintimated about your confirmation in writing, till such time you are intimatedabout your confirmation, you shall continue to be or probation. After confirmation the services are terminable by either party by giving onemonth’s notice or salary in lieu of the same.
