The diagram shows that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondentsanswered that their illness was accumulated due to the different environmental factors.Minority of the respondents or thirty-five percent said that they inherited their illnessfrom their parents.This suggests that most of the respondents experiencing diabetes mellitusacquired this illness by accumulating it. This is due to the different environmental factorswhich are the kind of lifestyle that the respondents have.The diagram shows that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondentsanswered that they go for check-ups. Majority of the respondents answered yes, andthirty-five percent (35%) of the total respondents said no.This presents the number of respondents who had accumulated diabetes mellitusand those who obtained hereditary their present condition. This suggests that larger number of people accumulates diabetes mellitus, this may be caused by the wide spreadhigh-sugar containing products and even unhealthy, and unproductive lifestyle.

The graph shows that twenty-five percent (25%) of the total respondents alwaysgo for check-up. Somehow ten percent (10%) of the total respondents answered that theynever go for a check-up.This means that the twenty-five percent (25%) of the total respondents believethat going for a check-up serves as their monitor for their present conditionThe graph shows that forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents show thatthey are using synthetic medicine. On the opposite side, ten percent (10%) said that they both intake Herbal and Synthetic medicine or no medicine intake at all.This means that forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents believed thatsynthetic medicine is more efficient than herbal medicine.

The chart above shows that thirty-five percent (35%) of the questionedrespondents answered that they are using ampalaya as a herbal medicine and no one or zero percent (0%) take banaba as their herbal medicine.This graph presents that fifty percent (50%) of the total respondents takes oralsynthetic medicine than injectables which is only five percent (5%). As most respondentsare aware of the danger behind injectables, therefore they prefer to take syntheticmedicines orally.
