Hi ShobhaV, sorry for take a long time to reply your comments. I think you'd better check MLA or APA for citing manual from the e-book. But you can also use the information stated on the beginning pages; it's published by project guttenberg in December 28, 2002. Thanks for getting in touch.......

There are some wondeful ideas here, but I can't find any dates anywhere. When was the book (in its original form- non digitized) published? I only ask because I need to know how to cite this work.Also, even references at the end of each chapter carry no dates of publication. Help!
