I went to his locaton to gather preliminary information regarding the event. a Officer Walters told me he responded to a call of an unwanted person in the Hoyt Arboretum who was 0 yelling at people. He said he arrived alone and saw the person coming out of the bathroom of the Arboretum. 237 [Officer Walters told me he saw the person was holding a knife with blood on it. He said he told the person to ——|crop the knife and drew his weapon. The person responded that he was not going to drop the knife. The © __|person continued to walk toward Officer Walters.
