Sant Jordi's – Tradition in Catalonia

Manel: Sant Jordi will be the next 23rd of April in Catalonia.

The speciality it is that they sell books and roses.

Jordi : On Sant Jordi's Day we are going to do different actitvites.

In the first and second hours, we will do normal class.

Vanessa: In the other hours the people are going to do different activities.
There are a lot of activities for example: football, basketball, ping-pong, doing earings and
different things, cooking , preparing roses of candy and the people will sell roses.

Simonas:In the final hour we are going to see a film.

There are a lot of films one of them is “el nom de la rosa” - in English “in the Name of the
Rose” and many others.
