Evercare has not signed yet. I have a call into them to discuss the urgency of the situation.

Hi Patti,

Are you referring to the quarterly improper payment acts report that we did for Personnel Services (Lillian)? We
have identified this as a report that needs to be re-created for payroll D16 for those clients that will be
remaining on D16. This report currently not a requirement for the Chore Payroll.

If this report will be required for Ohana and Evercare, I believe Craig Yamaguchi is aware of it. He can address
the readiness of such reports for Ohana and Evercare. However, Kathleen Tsugawa, the implementation specialist
would like to have a discussion regarding the identification structure for the new Evercare and Ohana payrolls.
There are some unanswered questions here that need clarification.

Could you assist us in identifying the proper individuals that can assist us here.

I do not believe Evercare has signed with Ceridian yet.

Craig, could you confirm?

Thanks
Ray

Subject: Planning for the March 1 payroll
As we try to prepare for the March 1 payroll, I realize there are a few details I need to better understand to be
prepared to have this happen.

The first thing is that as soon as possible we would like to get that spreadsheet that Ceredian staff referred
to as a "predicator model". My understanding is that this would be a report that you already have that gives
identifying information and the number of hours for clients served in January in chore. In an idea scenario,
that spreadsheet would come to us as a comma deliminated text file and one file would have the HAWI ID (10
digit) file. I am not sure that will be possible. I also don't really know what that means, it is just what I
was told to ask for. so if you have another idea on how the file should come, I can convey that to the people
that would be doing the work. Since we need to sort the clients into health plans, it would be very helpful to
know what identifiers were going to be on the file so that we can be prepared to sort it by whatever method we
must do to get the right information to the right place.

My second set of questions relate to how the actual payments get generated.
I understand that Ceredian generates the checks. If DHS is going to make the March 1 payment and recoup the
money from the health plans, I need to have some idea what bank account those checks would be drawn from, so that
I can make sure the money is there and all parties including FMO knows what we are going to be doing.

Ideally, I would like to be really clear about all of this by next Wed, Feb 18. Earlier is better. If none of
this is realistic then I just need to know what to expect to the best that we are able to predict.

I do hope that Evercare signs the Ceredian contract. We have made it clear that they cannot use our EIN number
if they don't and that they have to have a plan for making payments beginning March 15.

I'll be in a meeting till 9:30 if it is easier to talk about this than to email back info or further questions.
