This is actually taken from a scrapbook I am doing to help myself aswell as other people. Although domestic violence does includephysical intimidation and physical violence, it doesn't always meanthat the victim is sent to the hospital and the hardest scars to healare the emotional ones not the physical ones. This has helped meunderstand what really happened in my relationship. Until I startedthis scrapbook, I doubted myself. I still believed that everything thatwas bad in my relationship was my fault. When I saw visual proof that I wasn't all the bad things, I started to believe in myself. It'sdifficult to explain but it worked for me. This is meant to besomething that will help me find my new dreams, new life, new self.I'm looking for photos to add that show my new successes. I learnsomething new about myself everyday and I am feeling moresuccessful all the time.
