junior CF Scott Shaffer (Boulder, Colo.) batted .636 (7-for-11) with a .909 slugging mark and a .692OBP as he recorded three multi-hit games during the Lord Jeffs’ 2-2 week. Against the Ephs over the weekend, Shaffer was5-for-8 with four runs scored, an RBI and three doubles. Senior RHP Teddy Blank (Waban, Mass.) made two appearanceslast week, each of which helped the Jeffs pick up a wiin. His conference-leading eight homers are just one shy of the program’s single-season mark. senior 1B Grady Vigneau (Stowe, Vt.) was a tough out to get last week, as he recorded an on-basepercentage of .833 by going 8-for-11 at the plate (.727) and earned seven walks. Vigneau ended the week with a four-gamehitting streak for the Continentals. During a three-game series against Wesleyan, Vigneau went 6-for-6 with
