Specifications:

Doors:

Doors are 5 piece construction, plywood veneer,MDF, or 3/4" thick solid wood, depending on the style.Doors over 48”in height will be constructed witha center rail. Doors with mitered construction over48”in height will be constructed of 2 doors peggedtogether.

Drawer Fronts:

Drawer Fronts are 3/4" thick solid wood, 5 piececonstruction, plywood veneer, or MDF, dependingon the style.

Drawers:

Drawer box sides, front and back are 5/8" thick solidbirch dovetailed at all four corners. Drawer bottomsare 1/4" thick plywood. Drawer box is fastened tofront with screws and are lifetime guaranteed.

Drawer Slides:

Drawer slides are an epoxy coated undermount,3/4 extension, self-closing on nylon rollers for silentmovement. They are lifetime guaranteed and havea load rating of 75 pounds.

Upgrades:Undermount 3/4 extension Drawer Slides:

Tandem Drawer slides are undermounted, 3/4extension, and are mechanical self closing with aneasy release mechanism. They have a load ratingof 100 lbs per pair. Additional upcharge of $26 listper drawer. Not available on rolltrays, condimentdrawers, or wall with drawers.

Undermount Soft Motion Full Extension Drawer Slides:

Drawer slides are full extension undermount,soft motion self closing with an easy releasemechanism. They have a load rating of 100 lbs. perpair. Additional upcharge of $93 list per drawer.Not available on Roll Trays, Condiment Drawersor Wall With Drawers.

Rolltray Upgrade:

Rolltray slides are full extension undermount, selfclosing with an easy release mechanism. They havea load rating of 100 lbs. per pair. Additional upchargeof $93 list per rolltray.

Frames:

All frames are 1 1/2" X 3/4" solid wood.

Sides:

Cabinet sides are 1/2" thick, 5-ply, veneer coreplywood with natural birch woodgrain laminateinterior. Exposed sides will match the wood specie ofthe cabinet ordered. Sides are fastened to the frontframe with glue using tongue and groove construc-tion.

Tops and Bottoms:

Tops and bottoms of all wall cabinets and thebottoms of base cabinets are 1/2" thickparticleboard substrate with natural birch woodgrainlaminate both sides. Tops and bottoms are glued andset into the sides and hanger rails.

Backs:

Backs are1/8" material with natural birchwoodgrainlaminate.

Shelves:

Shelves are 3/4" thick particleboardsubstrate withnatural birch woodgrain laminate both sides and frontedge. Shelves are supported with plastic shelfsupports andare adjustable on32mm increments.

Toekick:

1/2" plywood of thesame wood specieas the cabinet ordered issupplied in 41/2" X8' lengths,for the toekick.

Finish:

All cabinets are hand sanded prior tostaining.A penetrating grain stain is then applied andhand-wiped.The sealer coat, which isa catalyzed conversioncoating, is sprayed and cured. This sealer isablendingof alkyd, amino andvinyl resins, which contributes to the overall durability of the system by penetrating the grain of the wood andproviding a"link" coat betweenthe stain andthetopcoat. The sealer is then sanded andprepared for the topcoat application.The final coating isa catalyzed, conversion varnishwhich is a carefully formulatedcombination of alkydand amino resins. After spray applicationthe film iscured and cross links to form a superior thermosetcoating that possesses exceptional stain , moistureand chemical resistance, while retaining its clarity.

Hardware:

Standard overlay door styles willhave a 1/2”overlayconcealed hinge. The hinge is a 106degreeself-closing, adjustable hinge. Full overlay door styleswill havea 1 1/4” overlay concealed hinge.The hinge is a106 degree self-closing, adjustablehinge.Pulls andknobsare available in a variety of styles andare furnished at nocharge, with eachcabinetordered.
