"All I hear is your ego talking - judgement of other people and their choices."
Perhaps you might want to re-read the first part of that sentence again ("All I hear is your ego talking") before accusing and condemning others of being judgmental.
"We are all trying to get to the same place just taking different routes."
That assumes there is more than one path, Even if there are, who are you to say that his path ("judgment of other people and their choices") isn't one of them? I find it ironic that I have yet to find an inclusivist ("many paths") who doesn't exclude exclusivists.
On the other hand, while I don't question the intent of the letter, I disagree with with his methods. The basic message seems to be "I'm right and you're wrong" without giving any evidence for his position except for a few quotes from the bible. The problem is that very few people, if any, tend to be receptive to such a delivery, regardless of whether the person is right or wrong.
