A letter that I posted on Oprah's web site. This letter is intended to bring people to Jesus Christ and to share the gospel truth that He is risen; that He is the only path to salvation.

All I can do is share my faith. Each person must choose on their own and it is their right to do so. But you can only find God through Jesus Christ; in His word; in prayer.

First we must recognize that we are sinners. What this means is that we are separated from God. This isn't just about following the 10 commandments; it is about faith and beleif. It is about realizing that no matter what we do we cannot do it in our own strength or through works. Salvation only comes through Jesus Crist.

The most awesome thing is that you don't have to go to a church to find Him or to a confessional.

But you do have to ask for Him. Admit that you are a sinner and separated from Him; Ask Him to come into your life and He will. You have been saved.

Here's a little prayer. Once prayed, I believe that you have beem reborn in spirit and have begun a new life with Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus...
I know that I am a sinner and that I don't deserve you. But I believe that you are the Son of God and that you gave your life on the cross to save me, I know that through your wounds I was healed. Please, come into my life as Lord and Savior. Forgive me of my sins. I surrender to you Lord Jesus. Help me walk with you the rest of my life so that I can be with you in eternity.

If you have prayed that prayer, well you have been saved. Your name has been written into the book of life and the chains of your bondage have been broken.

Read this letter and find a Bible and read John 3:16 and Romans 10:8.

Jesus Christ will change your life; I know this because He has changed mine.
