Raw Mango Chutney
Ingredients:2 mangoes, diced3/4 cup purple onion, diced3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced1/4 cup cilantro, chopped1 clove of garlic, pressed1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (tip: frozen ginger is easier to grate)1/3 cup of Jeff's Best Hemp! Cold-Filtered Hemp Oil1/3 cup of raw agave1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon chili flakes1 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper Instructions:Dice mangoes, onions, cilantro, and red bell peppers and toss intomedium bowl. Set aside.Put the rest of the ingredients into blender and mix on high for 30 seconds.Pour liquid mixture over mangoes and mix well.Refrigerate for an hour.Serve with raw flax crackers and enjoy!
 
Hemp Hash Cakes
Serves 62 potatoes peeled and shredded1/2 cup of onion diced1/2 cup of red bell pepper diced1 cup of diced tempeh2 tablespoons of Jeff's Best Hemp! Organic Lightly Toasted crunchy hemp seeds2 cloves of garlic pressed3 tablespoons of chickpea flour 1/2 cup of hemp milk or almond milk sesame oilsea salt to tastefresh ground black pepper to tasteInstructions:1st peel and shred potatoes and set aside.Dice and saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, and tempehin sesame oil with salt and pepper.In separate bowl whisk hemp milk, chickpea flour, and hemp seeds.Add sauteed mixture to liquid mixture.Squeeze excess water from shredded potatoes and add to mixture.Mix everything together.Preheat oven to 425.Line tray with parchment paper.Form potato mixture into 6 cakes.Bake for 10 minutes on each side totaling 20 minutes.let cool for 5-10 minutes.Enjoy!
 
Simple and Delicious Raw Tomato Cucumber Salad
1 large cucumber (peeled and cut into round thin slices)2 large Roma tomatoes (cut into cubes)1/4 of a purple onion (sliced thin)3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup of agave1 cup of water 2 tablespoons of Jeff's Best Hemp! Cold Filtered Hemp oil1 tablespoon of dillsea salt to tastefresh ground pepper to tasteInstructions:In a large bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar,water, agave, Jeff's Best Hemp! Cold Filtered Hemp oil, dill, salt and pepper.Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion.Mix and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.Serve and enjoy!
