I wish I could have avoided foreclosure but it didn't work that way. I got laid off from my job and was unable to find even part time employment. Nobody understands how twisted up you feel when facing foreclosure. At that point, things have gone from bad to worse. I found 1st Foreclosure Prevention on the web and contacted them. They were so understanding and helpful. I know if I had not make that call the house would be history. Thanks to them, the foreclosure has been resolved.

I slipped on the ice and broke my ankle. Not good news for a waitress. I was off of work for nearly 3 months. Before I knew it the house had been put into foreclosure. I had been doing all right before the accident but I didn't know how I would be able to make things right again. I contacted 1st Foreclosure Prevention and they knew just what to do. It was awesome. A foreclosure notice is never good news and I can tell you that because it happend to us. Needless to say our life was in a turmoil, that's how the foreclosure came about. We didn't know what to do. A friend of a friend recommended that we call 1st Foreclosure Prevention. I did and it was the best call I ever made. They were really helpful and I know we would have lost our home without their help.

No one can prepare you for having to deal with a foreclosure. I never thought it would happen to me, but it did. I thought about leaving town and assuming a new identity, but since I have a family I decided I better figure out something else. I called 1st Foreclosure Prevention and they were so nice I could hardly believe it. They helped me to get my mortgage under control again. I'm glad I didn't have to leave town and I'm even happier that I still own my house.
