This is the index issued by the Irish Department of Justice in response to a Freedom of Information Act request in relation to internet filtering. Although almost all internal documents were refused, the dates and subjects of documents and meetings show discussions taking place about the introduction of internet filtering in Ireland.
The original FOI request was as follows:
"This is a freedom of information request for all records held by the Department relating to (i) ISP level internet filtering or blocking generally or (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) relating to (ii) Ireland’s participation in the CIRCAMP (Cospol Internet Related Child Abusive Material Project) network."
