I work hand-in-hand with producers in coordination of events, negotiations to assure exhibitor quotas for events, producing expense reports and assuring communication channels with suppliers and event staff.

In D Loop Integrated Communications Promotions/Event Coordinator (March 2012-October2012)

As a free lance employee I coordinate the staff of promotional events such as Convencin MIDA, Cattlemens BBQ Competition, Babies at the Park and Las Justas de la LAI s festivities. Clients serviced during this time include Reckitt Benckiser (Durex, Cattlemens, Lysol, Frenchs) and Nestle (Nesquik, Klim, Nescafe).

Intacto- ERC Group Advertising Agency Promotions department Internship (Jan. 2011-January 2012)
In charge of supervising and coordinating in-store promotions for clients like B. Fernandez (Crema de Alba), Bohio rice brand, Johnson & Johnson (Neutrogena) and Panama Jack. Restructured the entire promotions personnel database using Microsoft Office Excel and am in charge of constantly updating it.

Banana Republic- Plaza las Amricas Sales Associate/Sales Support (Nov. 2008- June 2010)
As sales support, I supervised the fitting room areas and overviewed customer traffic. Helped the sales department directly through client/sales associate communication. As a sales associate, I made sure each customer had a warm and personalized shopping experience by continually updating my product knowledge and soft skills.

Empire Entertainment, Inc. Promotions/Stage Assembly & Setup (Nov. 2007- May 2010, Freelance)
In charge of assembling and running medium-scale promotional events for Coors Light, Scion, and Doritos. Significant field experience includes working on the Coors Light Indie Rock Music Fest in Aguadilla, PR as an artist transportation co-coordinator.
