Scenario

It is very important that police and forensic scientists are able to secure a crime scene, make itsafe, and recover evidence that is not compromised in any way by avoiding contamination andmaking accurate records. Scene of crime officers (SOCOs) need to use the correct techniques tosearch crime scenes and recover valid evidence. They also need to act as expert witnesses in acourt of law.
