This month's total units sold was higherthan at this time last year, an increase of 23% versus March,2009. The current month's total is higher than the twelvemonth average of 110.Versus last year, the total number of homes available thismonth is higher by 2 units. The total number of activeinventory this March was 1,110 compared to 1,108 in March,2009. This month's total of 1,110 is higher than the previousmonth's total supply of available inventory of 1,086, anincrease of 2%.
