There was an increase in total units sold in March, with 259sold this month in Henrico County versus 189 last month, anincrease of 37%. This month's total units sold was higher thanat this time last year, an increase of 24% versus March, 2009.The current month's total is lower than the twelve monthaverage of 285.Versus last year, the total number of homes available thismonth is higher by 189 units or 8%. The total number of active inventory this March was 2,538 compared to 2,349 inMarch, 2009. This month's total of 2,538 is higher than theprevious month's total supply of available inventory of 2,396,an increase of 6%.
