Median Sale Price
There was an increase in total units sold in March, with 315sold this month in Chesterfield County versus 248 last month,an increase of 27%. This month's total units sold was higherthan at this time last year, an increase of 1% versus March,2009. The current month's total is lower than the twelvemonth average of 374.Versus last year, the total number of homes available thismonth is higher by 349 units or 10%. The total number of active inventory this March was 3,824 compared to 3,475 inMarch, 2009. This month's total of 3,824 is higher than theprevious month's total supply of available inventory of 3,537,an increase of 8%.
