The driving force especially in developing countries behind thiseconomic and societal growth is found to be “Women Power”. From time immemorial Women have beenambassadors of peace, guardians of tradition and society, champions of art and culture, leaders ineconomic management and administration and instruments of beauty and literature. Till recently mostof the countries did not recognize the contributions made by women either to economic sector or in theshaping of the vast human resources or in safeguarding natural resources. The emphasis today is onfuture leaders who will "change lives, change organizations, and change the world for better." There is aneed to recognize the women workforce, provide a platform for sharing their knowledge and celebratetheir achievements.
