Why Join an LTG?
To Be Disciples (followers) of Jesus:
Fulfilling the Great Commission while obeying theGreat Commandment, Cultivating Relationship with God and people.
To Make Disciples
The Great Commission command’s us to makedisciples. This will be cultivated in small byintentional and specifically praying for the lost inour spheres of influence – This is a small, but veryimportant part, though evangelism is not the primary purpose of our small groups..Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with eachother, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of roomin your lives. Instruct and direct one another usinggood common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of theMaster, Jesus, thanking God the Father every stepof the way.
Col 15-17 (The Message)
