    5 Yards of Tulle (this was plenty)

    3 yards of ribbon ( I used 1” ribbon and still had over one yard left over)

    Scissors and Ruler

    Cost:

    Tulle: 7.00

    Ribbon: 2.00

    Flowers (optional) 1.00

    Total: 10.00 plus your time!

    Honestly I know that I could have gotten the tulle for less if I waited for a sale or bought
    it with a coupon. But for a sweet and very cute girl present I say this is a worthwhile
    project even at full price! Add a few flowers bought at the dollar store and you have a
    great gift for ten dollars!

    With the left over tulle? I made little tutu hair elastics! Fun.
