Andre Hatchett started all four seasons at Eastern Michigan University without being red-shirted. In total, heplayed in 47 games, starting 36. In so doing, Hatchett amassed 294 tackles (137 solo, 157 assisted), 16 tacklesfor loss, four sacks and one interception.
Hatchett made the most of a trying 2009 season wherein his team went 0-12. He started all 12 games, led histeam with 113 tackles, was selected to the Mid-American Conference Third Team. In2009, Hatchett ranked 23
