The Volunteer Spotlight falls on Kay Shega who helped rescue a record 14 dogs this past Easter weekend. Kay heard of NCRR’s dilemma when transport arrangements fell through for these dogsdestined to die. She took the initiative, came up with a solution, and implemented it. So hats off to Kay for being a shining example for our volunteers. And, guess what – she is NCRR’sVolunteer Coordinator. Thank you, Kay!! Keep up the good work!
