ly meeting held on January 26, 2010.
Along with the other members, he willbe responsible for oversight of businessdevelopment, regulatory compliance,community relations and bank profit-ability.In 2008, Clemens started ClemensConstruction Group, whose projectsinclude new home construction andlight commercial projects. Clemens hasbeen selected as the contractor for theupcoming 45,000 square foot GreenHouse project for Mennonite HomeCommunities of Ohio. President andCEO of Citizens National Bank, J.
