This is the fifth volume of a five-volume set called The Conflict of the Ages Series. The other four volumes in the series are titled: Patriarchs and Prophets, Prophets and Kings, The Desire of Ages, and Acts of the Apostles. These five volumes cover the entire Bible like a commentary but in story or narrative form. The first two volumes of the other four cover the Old Testament. The other two volumes cover the New Testament.

This fifth volume—The Great Controversy—covers the followers of Christ from the destruction of Jerusalem down to our day and on to the restoration of God’s eternal kingdom, with the New Jerusalem as His capital, here on this earth. It depicts the amazingly accurate fulfillment of the prophecies of Daniel and the Revelation regarding this period of after the close of the Bible record. It clearly explains the rise of the man of sin or antichrist within the Christian community. It graphically recounts the fleeing of the persecuted woman (true church) into the wilderness for 1260 days/years. It points out the doctrinal errors and deceptions of the Devil which have worked their way into much of so-called Christianity. This volume alerts us as to how we can be successful in avoiding the yet unfulfilled prophecies regarding 666, the mark of the beast, and Satan’s almost over-powering, end time deception when as an angel of light he personates the return of Christ. The lessons of the past indeed provide us precious guidance for the future.

There are also vivid descriptions of the ultimate triumph of Christ’s true followers in the giving of the everlasting gospel of the three angels to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people; of their dramatic rescue by Christ at His second coming; of their 1,000 year reign with Christ; and of their resettlement of this earth restored to its Edenic glory.

This is an interactive PDF designed primarily for download and use in Adobe Reader (free software on the internet)—highlighting, underlining, word and phrase search, sticky notes, select, copy, paste, print, and electronic links to chapters, illustrations, and pages.
