BA Energy Audit – Ed Wendell reported on progress of analysis and mentioned availability of USDA loans. Loans may be possible from USDA at low interest rates. Package in preparationfor Selectboard.

 Thomas Appraisal & Application – Robert Lamprey is currently working on appraisal.
Conservation Fund – Money donated as a result of the bulk mail appeal is currently at~$900Benefit Concert is tentatively scheduled for 25 or 26 June. Monique is incontact with several potential sources of acts.

The presentation onSmartGrowth was notable.3)Issue of membership in the Upper Valley Trails Alliance was tabled.4)Dick was authorized to further investigate providing trail information to NationalRecreational and Parks Assoc. GIS database.
