News ReleaseFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEElectromagnetic Pro-Ionization Principle - Randall Dale Chipkar
Historically, public safety regulations focused on ionizing or thermal causingradiations. However, research proves adverse bio-effects, even at low levels of electromagnetic exposures, including ELF EMF radiations classified as non-ionizing and non-thermal.ELF EMFs interfere with cell communication and ion transfer, affecting molecular affinity affiliated with essential assimilations. One example is calcium ion effluxintervention, which adversely affects melatonin synthesis and its function of freeradical neutralization throughout the body. “Electron stealing” unstable freeradicals are linked to many health disorders.Various non-ionizing electromagnetic radiations promote adverse ion/electronbio-effects, which affect our health over time. Revision of electromagneticexposure regulation, based on bio-effects, rather than thermal or instantaneousionization, is urgently required. A new classification of “pro-ionizing” radiation isappropriate. For a more practical evaluation of non-ionizing radiation, I developedthe Electromagnetic Pro-Ionization Principle to assist in public health riskreassessment.
Electromagnetic Pro-Ionization Principle
When various non-ionizing, non-thermal electromagnetic exposures promoteadverse ion/electron bio-effects that affect health over time, such radiationswarrant emission identification, pro-ionizing sub-classification, and health riskrecognition for public safety conservation.
