Integrity of the Courts – Prerequisite for Human Rights
Six of the first twelve Human Rights pertain toduties and obligations of each nation’s governmentto secure integrity of 
 National Tribunals for  Protection of Rights.
In the US – such tribunals are the US federalcourts.
