Meralco
shall be the electric power distribution company toprovide an electric power supply of 230 volts/60 mhz. Unitowners shall apply directly to Meralco and shall pay thecorresponding monthly bills directly to Meralco.
Telephone
EPPI to provide roughing-ins and cabling from the building’sentry area up to the telephone terminal cabinet located at thecenter core of every floor and connected to the individualcondominium units. The provision allows for one (1) telephoneoutlet per unit
Philippine Long Distance Company (PLDT)
shall be thetelephone service provider. Unit owners shall apply directly toPLDT with connection cost currently estimated at P2,000.00and shall pay the corresponding monthly bills directly to PLDT.
Water
EPPI to provide the required plumbing works and cisterns forthe distribution and storage of potable water.
Manila Water Corporation
shall be the water distributioncompany, which shall connect to the mother water meter of thebuilding; EPPI to provide sub-meters for individual units withcost thereof for the account of the unit owners. TheCondominium Corp. shall bill the unit owners based on thereadings of individual meters.
