VEHICLE MONITORING SYSTEM
E&TC Department R.S.C.O.E, PUNE
Nowadays vehicle monitoring and traffic control have become very tedious andinefficient job due to many loop holes present in the existing system. Due to Human interactionat each and every phase reduces the efficiency of the system. Also because of greediness of human nature there is a lot of corruption. Absence of central controlling server to maintainREAL TIME DATABASE which can be really useful to monitor each and every vehicle anddriver. As number of vehicles have increased drastically it is practically impossible to check every vehicle for pollution control. Moreover, due to insufficient man power it is impossible tomonitor Traffic violation viz. Signal breaking, driving without Valid License etc. Hence, theabove discussion has inspired the development of VEHICLE MONITORING SYSTEM.
CHAPTER 1: INTRODUTION
This chapter clearly distinguishes the current existing system and proposed system tomonitor the vehicle and also gives brief description about the inspired system.
CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE SURVEY
This chapter is based on the extensive survey which was carried out before proceeding todesign the system. It covers all the different types of smart cards, RFID reader, RFID tags,Pollution sensor available in the market and there brief description
CHAPTER 3: BLOCK DIAGRAM AND METHODOLY
After the survey Block diagram for the system was prepared and methodology to be usedwas finalized. This chapter covers the same with detailed description and cause of the block usedin the system
CHAPTER 4: HARDWARE DESIGN
This chapter covers the detailed description and design of the circuit diagram of thesystem. It also covers selection criteria and interfacing of the components to microcontroller
CHAPTER 5: SOFTWARE DESIGN
This chapter gives the idea about different software utilized to program themicrocontroller and to prepare GUI for the user.
CHAPTER 6: FLOWCHART
Flowchart is the graphical representation of the flow of program. Hence, this chapterdescribes the same.
CHAPTER-7: TESTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter gives the detailed description of various faults which occurred during thedesign of the system and provides with necessary troubleshooting method
