I think that bobboyi meant, how can it be saved, i.e., downloaded, so that a user may put it to good use without having to be online. I may be wrong in my assumption, but it applies to me, too. Please, make this document available for downloading.

I cant understand what exactly it mean or how can it be used as a reference. Is it part of a grand thesaurus like Roget's thesaurus or something else ?
