With the company organized into the
banking department, accounting
department, information department,
marketing department and general affairs
department, each department strives to
remain productive in order to serve
customers fully.


In addition to an administrative department,
correctional facilities contain other units,
such as a personnel office, accounting
office, documentation and records office,
civil service office, security section,
rehabilitation and education section,
general affairs section, health and hygiene
section, general operations section, as
well as many committees.


The six bureaus that operate with National
Health Insurance process insurance
applications, receive insurance premiums, audit
medical expenses and consult with hospitals on
how to enhance their administrative
management practices. Of the twenty four
liaison offices located conveniently island wide
to continuously upgrade the quality of medical
services, 2,536 employees and 534 contract
workers in 2004.
