As A Consultant We Will Carry Out All the Below Procedures On Behalf Of the Project Owner.
We Will Provide The Detail Technical & Financial Consultations For The Project,
We Offers Our Project Partners Access To Its Broking And Trading Network Through Which They Could Achieve Much Better Returns Compared To A Conventional ERPA Deal.
We Add Value by Committing to Provide Long Term Monitoring and Reporting Support to the Project Host.
In Addition To Our In House Engineering And Technical Professionals We Also Work With Some Of The World’s, Leading Technical, Environmental, Energy And Climate Change Organizations To Provide Our Project Partners With, A Single Source Solution.

The List Of The Procedures Which Would Be Carried CCT INDIA On Behalf Of The Client Is As Follows: -
1ST Stage Includes
Site Visit
Filing Of the Application with the NCDM
Gathering the Required Information for the Project
Designing Of the Project Design Document (PDD)
Monitoring Plan Preparation
Submission of the PDD with the NCDMA

2ND Stage Includes
Host Country Approval
Validation
Approval of Baseline Methodology by CDM/METH Panel
Monitoring and Verification
Issuance of CERs
Selling Of CERs
Terms and Conditions: -
1. Total fee for the Professional Service would be 1, 00,000/- (Rupees 1 LAC only) + 5% of the Sale Proceeds of the CERs which shall be paid as Follows: -
1.1. 50,000/-(Thirty five thousand only) paid to the firms A/c by locally paid account payee check/DD (account details as Follows).after the realization of payment we will sign the professional service agreement with the client.

1.2. 50,000/-(FIFTY thousand only) will be paid at the of after getting the approval from DNA.(at the time of starting the stage 2 as said above)
1.3. 5% of the sale proceeds of the CERs i.e. of the total amount at which the CERs will be sold at the end after
Completing the entire procedure.
2. Client will pay whatever the fees occurred while validation and registration of the project.
3. These fees discussed within this agreement are exclusive of any other fees that may be incurred by Client.
4. During the course of the project by any means whatever may be the cause if client will back off from the deal at any stage the consultant will not bound to re-pay whatever the fees paid unless and until back off from the consultants side
