In your description, please include dimensions (sizes, heights, widths), locations, descriptions of materials, etc. Attach acopy of your plot plan that shows the location of the proposed exterior architectural or design changes in relation to thehouse and other existing structures. Attach sketches, specifications, pictures, etc. If requesting approval of a fenceinstallation that will connect to another homeowner's existing fence, please attach their consent document. If you are painting, color samples must be included.

lease specify color of siding, trim, shutters and, if applicable, front door (andnote those which you plan to change). Color should not be identical or similar to other residences in close proximity.Include any additional information that contributes to your project description.

The homeowner requests approval for the architectural or design changes described herein, and authorizes theArchitectural Committee of the Harrington Grove Community Association to enter and inspect the property identifiedabove, as part of the approval process, to monitor the project and to insure the completed project is representative of theapproved project.
