Editor’s Notes
Two very important items this month (I hope everyone readsthis page first).
READING DIRECTIONS
It is completely awesome that scrdbpicked Songwriter’s Monthlyto be one of the first documents to be presented in HTML5 (thelatest, greatest in HTML). However, there are still a few bugs inthe code. If you just like to read, viewing in HTML mode iswonderful, there are a number of controls along the bottom of the document window, you can zoom, jump to a page, etc. Thedownside? The hyperlinks do not work (yet) in this mode.To enable the hyperlinks, there are two quick and easy thingsyou can do: click “See this document in Flash mode” or click “Download.” Either of these options will restore the hyperlinksand you can jump about the web as much as you desire.
REVIEWS/QUERIES
I am very easy to reach . . . just click on the email below (if thehyperlink doesn’t work see the above paragraphs). Songwriter’sMonthly is very open to reviewing both indie and major releases.Consequently, over the past few months I have been floodedwith albums, EPs and singles. Please be patient, but do not beafraid to check in occasionally to ask me about your music — Itake that as a sign you really believe in your music . . . and itmight just bump it up the list a little. Thanks for reading!Allen (a1foster@aol.com)P.S. Do not forget, we are always open to your stories from theroad, from the stage, from the studio, etc. If you have ananecdote you’d like to share (at the time of this writing we’rewell over 30,000 readers - free publicity!), send it in!

Very impressed with the calibre of articles this month. Stone Temple Pilots and Cute is What We Aim for especially, as well as Lucy Woodward. Great to catch up with Hanson and Debbie Gibson too.

Thanks so much for the positive comments. We try to offer a wide variety of genres and artists and I think it's awesome you like both Stone Temple Pilots and Cute Is What We Aim For. Thanks so much for the support!
