I didn’t know the travel time from El Paso was that long when I did this, but I will revise now to correct
those instances & resend out.

Did not make much sense to have split over two half days. Make it one full day.

Take a look at the Battle Rhythm and let's deconflict so this does not happen again.

Let's also look at attendees and make sure we have the right people present, and not a cast of thousands.

Just having it one day actually helps me. I can fly in and out after hours and only miss one day while Loren is
doing his AF AD.

El Paso PDT and VF300 team members will not be able to be in Yuma at 1:00 pm. on the 18th. Our regular PDT
meeting starts at 9:00 am and ends typically at Noon. I figure it will be late afternoon-early evening onthe 18th
before we get to Yuma.

Please note that the upcoming face to face VF300 meeting will be on the 18th/19th of March in Yuma. (b) is
