correspondence
with
this
agency,you
complained
that
youwere
the
victim
of
real
estate
fraud
perpetrated
by
Countrywide
bankwhenyouwere
selling
your
home
in
2007.
You
believe
that
theCountrywide
loan
officer
used
fraudulentinformation
related
to
the
purchasers
to
obtainapproval
for
their
loan
to
buy
your
home.You
alsoask
whether
acertain
lawfirm
was
authorized
to
appear
in
courtor
legal
proceedings
on
behalf
of
Bank
of
America.
You
appear
to
believe
the
firmhas
beenengaged
in
illicit
conduct.
Toaddress
yourconcerns,the
OCC
contacted
the
bank.The
results
of
thatcontact
reveal
that
the
bankfound
no
records
of
loans
in
your
namewith
Countrywide
orBank
of
America.
Additionally,
the
bank
hils
no
record
authorizing
its
contact
with
you
regarding
other
customer
loans
oraccounts
withthe
bank.
Consequently,the
banklacksgrounds
supporting
an
inquiry
intoanyclaims
involving
you
as
a
bank
customer.
If
your
claims
involvetheaccounts
of
other
bank
customers,the
banklacks
authorization
to
disclose
findings
involving
othercustomeraccounts
to
you.Thebank
observes
that
a
lawsuit

Zernik"

appears

transfer
