The Inner Truth

A blur

In the eyes of many

A vision lost… A ghost

Oblivious to most

Obvious only to the few who see

Transparency… Authenticity

Fading away…

From the many

And merging

With his inner being

His core breathings

No longer fleeing

Shedding the “norm”

At long last… Reuniting

With his inner truth

Cleansing after his storm

A glowing feeling… Warm

Love… Self… Identity…

Breathing…

The ONLY TRUTH

As his way of life

Unwavering submission

Relinquishing it all

With no strife

Letting it all go

The unwanted

Embracing his essence

Submitting to THE ONE

With an open heart…

Love and Effervescence

Embracing the whisperings of his heart

Listening to his quieted thoughts untold

Dissolving deeper into himself with ease

Emanating to the world his heartfelt art

Heartbeats outwardly resonating… Unfold

Breathing freedom like the kissing breeze

Surrendering to THE MOST HIGH

He rejoices with a deep sigh

Realising his time is nigh

To reveal his faithful self

By learning his life test through his creed

Attesting {…which of you is better in deed…}

Balance is then genuinely attained

When we are no longer constrained

Aligning our heart, mind and soul

So we are able to mindfully control

Our own lives and how we soothe

By simply breathing our inner truth

This first breath is in grasping TRUE LOVE

To obey THE ONE in heart, mind and deed

So our actions take the place of our words

And the gems of Our Beloved ‫ ﷺ‬we will heed

Holding ourselves accountable to be better

By osmotically embedding whatever we read

Imbuing wisdom, learning and growth

To scent our trails with the fragranced seed

To breathe Islâm as a heart healing way of life

As our inner truth by being our creed

So we can exude from the depths of our core

And use our faithful self to genuinely lead

By resonating example, silence, love and truth

The only recognition we will internally need
