Introduction
In simple terms Industrial Relations deals with the worker employee relation inany industry Government has attempted to make Industrial Relations morehealth the by enacting Industrial Disputes Act 1947. to solve the dispute and toreduce the retency of dispute. This in turn improves the relations.

satisfaction ‗of needs‘.
 Industrial Dispute : As per section 2 (K) of industrial dispute or differencebetween employers and employees employers and employers or employees

The existence of a grievance is necessary and it must becommunicated to the employer.The term industrial dispute connotes a real and substancial difference havingsome elements of persistency and continuity, till resolved and likely, if not,adjusted to endanger the industrial peace of the undertaking or the community.When the parties are at variance and the dispute or difference is connected withthe employment or non employment or terms of employment or with thecondition of labour. There comes in to existence an industrial dispute1.3General causes of industrial disputes strains which results in bad industrialrelations are.1.
 
Close mindedness of employers and employees one thinking toextract maximum work with minimum remuneration, otherthinking to avoid work and get more enhancement in pay andwages.2.
 
Irrational wage, wage system and structure not mutuallyacceptable
