The report was ordered to change the individual assessment policy to a standardized policy where everyone is treated equal. The policy was never change and discrimination still happens.

Regarding the two PCVEs who aquired AIDs the only thing being reviewed is the mandatory sending home of a PCVE with AIDs. This effectively fires the PCVE. PC will continue individual assessments.

No mention of standardizing the medical making it equal for all; PC will continue to use individual assessment to discriminate.
