The room is dark and gloomy. Our character was lying on the bed,asleep. The only source of light in the room was from a table lamp,which rested on top of the table. A clock on the table indicated 5:59am, and then in a blink it struck 6:00am. The room was filled with thesound of the alarm going off on the clock; our character wakes up andshut the alarm, still lying in bed. His phone rings and the sound of hisringtone fills the room. The character wakes up from his bed and looksat his phone, flashing a private number.

Character:

Hello A heavy voice answers at the other end

Voice on Phone:

Good Morning, Isn’t it a lovely day outside?

Character:

What’s so lovely about it?

VOP:

Ah! My friend it is a lovely day, and indeed a day to dosome work worthy of your talent.

The Character is now wide awake, at hearing the man say his talent, aexpression of disappointment and coldness arises on his face,definitely not happy to hear that he would have to use his talentsagain, to do some work. A work which will not let him sleep peacefullyfor many nights to come.

Voice on Phone(VOP)

: Meet my man on the 5

avenue street busstop at 8:00am, he’ll explain you, or rather hand you the package,after that you know what you have to do. OK then we shall talk again.Soon.Comes the sound of the cut tone and our Character still has phone onhis ears, having the same expressions on his face. He puts down hisphone and then wakes up from his bed. Thinking as he looks up theceiling and then walks towards his bathroom.

Next Scene

Character is standing in the bathroom, looking at the mirror, which iscompletely foggy due to the steam in the bathroom, created by the hotwater.VO: I don’t know how this happened, how I became someone, who Inever thought off. Do you believe in destiny, well I didn’t until one daywhen everything changed, it just changed and I became what i am,standing here and just thinking, who will be the next victim to mytalent, my talent to kill….

Character wipes the foggy mirror and looks at himself trying to findsomething thing in his face, maybe his old self, but he doesn’t findanything. Failed his washes his face and then walks out to dress.

Next Scene

Character is now dressed up and ready to leave, he opens up hisdrawer to take out his gun, his hand reaches for the gun, but his eyecatches the photo, which is there in his drawer. His hand now insteadof the gun, picks up the photo. He eyes scanning the photo to recallsome lost thoughts. The photo is his and with him is a girl, a girl who ishappy, smiling and looking cheerful. And so is our character. His mindraces to recall the memory he had forgotten, when this was,

Flash Back

“Come here you are not getting away from me this time”

Girl:

Really? Who’s going to stop me? You? Come on youcouldn’t catch a fly”

Boy:

Oh.. just you wait, let me get my hands on you

The boy leaps for the girl and catches her , the girl screaming andkicking. They fall to the ground, with the girl on top, and then theybegan laughing.Comes the sound of a click and then we are brought back to the photo,in our character’s hand.He is awaken from his dream as the clock stuck 7:00, and again thesound of alarm fills the room, he looks at his clock and then looks backagain at the photo, then he keeps it back picks up his gun, and fits it inhis jeans. He closes the drawer, and walks to the main door, and walksout, with us left on the room looking at the clock… 7:01 am.Next SceneHe is walking down the road, lost in his thoughts, he recalling of whatever memories he still has, with the one he loved. Time hadpasses but his wounds had not healed, he was and still hurt and

wounded. He was now like a body without any emotions and desires,he lived now only to kill and to find some healing to his pains.As he walked down the street, after some time, a girl, chasing herrunaway dog, bangs into him. He is distracted from his thoughts andhe looks at the girl, the gets up and apologies to him. To which hedoesn’t respond cause he is lost in her face, the face of the girl is thesame that he wants to forget. The face of his love, was in front of him.

Girl: I am sorry,Boy not responding…Girl: hello… you ok.. I am sorry. I wasn’t looking were I wasgoing. Sorry Boy; its ok..

The girl runs off after her dog, finally catching him. His eyes are nownumb, was it true what he saw, did he really see the girl he loved, orwas it an illusion, but it all seemed so real, but she is dead, it can’t beher… then who is she ?He now diverts himself from his route and follows her, observing herfrom a distance. He is lost in her beauty, as she reminds him of hislove,

for the first time we see a smile on the face of ourcharacter.

Watching her from a distance and with a smile on his face, he losseshimself to his thoughts and his old memories take over, sending him ina trance.

FLASH BACK

Next Scene;Under the open sky, they lay together looking at the sky, imagining theclouds as shapes and figures, looking into each other eyes, they sharea few dialoguesFLASHCovered in a blanket, having hot coca, they are lost amongthemselves, forgetting about the world that exists around them.
